Working

This was a prayer chair. They said that anytime in the day, we could go to the Prayer Chair and sit and pray.
This is what we were building for the school. They had drainage problems that we were trying to help fix.
It was hard work and dirty too.
We took breaks here and there.

This was our shade.

Puppies

There were puppies at the orphanage and school that we got to play with while we were working construction. Aren't they so cute?

I love babies.

I love puppies too.

Art Camp

One day Caleb and I got to help out with an art camp for the orphans at the school.

I love art and it was lots of fun teaching the kids to do some art projects. Caleb is helping some kids in this photo.

Soccer Camp

When we first got there we were behind schedule because of our late plane. We had to start a soccer camp right away. This is a picture of what Honduras looks like.
Here are some of the kids playing soccer.
There was a crazy cow right in the middle of our soccer field.

Here's some people from our team and some of the kids we played with. There were older kids and younger kids too.

Here is Caleb kicking the ball.

Airport for Honduras

We were playing at the kiddie area in the airport while waiting for our delayed plane to Honduras. We had to wait an hour an a half.

Caleb was being silly and making us laugh by acting like a baby on the playground equipment.

When we were in Houston, TX the pilot gave us wing badges and Caleb and Joshua used them as mustaches and angry eyebrows.

Last photos of Camp

We had time to go in paddle boats on the lake. This is Caroline, Haley and Mary Erin in a paddle boat. I took the picture while I was standing on land.

Our counselor, Aunt Julie, painted all of our nails one morning.

This is Annika. I can't remember what she is doing in this picture.

Camp for Me #1

I went to camp for the first time this summer. I thought it was really fun. I went with my cousins from Turkey and one friend from Memphis.

This is Haley, my friend, with a new friend, Blair, and my cousin, Mary Erin.

Haley was in my cabin at camp.

Mary Erin and Haley when we were on a walk.

This is Sawyer, the girl who was in the bunk bed above me.

This is Annika, my cousin, writing a letter.

This is me and my counselor, Ms. Julie.

This is my cousin, Esther, who was in my cabin too.

This is Haley and Annika at 6 in the morning. Our counselor had told us we could just talk quietly. I put my camera on a dark setting and it turned out fuzzy.

This is Annika and me. She's my B.I.S. (I can't tell you what you what that stands for. It's our secret.)

Cool Cafeteria

The floor of the cafeteria where we ate at La Providencia were painted like a plate, 2 cups, 2 forks, a spoon, a knife, and a napkin.
